Products, prices and orders

Essential product characteristics, size, instructions and warnings appear on the product page and packaging. Prices are in euros and include VAT. Delivery charges are shown at checkout. You are responsible for the accuracy of your details. A contract is formed when Bon vivant Oy sends the order confirmation.

If a product is unavailable or there is an obvious pricing or system error, we will contact you and refund any payment without undue delay.

Payment and delivery

The available payment methods and conditions are shown at checkout. Payments are processed by the provider identified there. Delivery methods, prices and estimates are set out in our delivery terms.

Cancellation and faulty goods

Cancellation and return rights are explained in our returns policy. You can give notice through our online form. Your statutory consumer rights and the seller’s liability for faulty goods remain unaffected.

Governing law and disputes

Finnish law applies. We first try to resolve any disagreement through customer service. You may contact Finnish Consumer Advisory Services and then refer the matter to the Consumer Disputes Board.
