14-day right of withdrawal

You generally have the right to cancel an online purchase, including cosmetics, within 14 days of receiving the goods, subject to the hygiene-seal exception below.

To cancel your purchase or request return instructions, email info@bonvivant.fi. Send a clear cancellation notice within the 14-day period and include your name, order number and the products you wish to return. You can also use our online cancellation form.

Return the products within 14 days of giving notice. Contact us for return instructions before sending your parcel; our approval is not required to exercise your right of withdrawal.

Product condition and hygiene seals

You may examine a product as you would in a shop. You are responsible for any reduction in value caused by handling beyond what is necessary to establish its nature, characteristics and functioning.

If a cosmetic product was supplied sealed for hygiene reasons and is unsuitable for return once unsealed, the right of withdrawal ends when that seal is broken. Opening the outer shipping packaging alone does not remove your right.

Costs and refunds

You pay the direct cost of an ordinary return. Bon vivant Oy covers the cost when a product is faulty or incorrectly supplied. We refund payments, including the cost of the least expensive standard delivery option, within 14 days of receiving your cancellation notice. We may withhold the refund until we receive the goods or proof that you have sent them back.

Faulty products

Report a fault to info@bonvivant.fi as soon as possible, including your order number, a description and photographs where relevant. Your statutory rights concerning faulty goods are independent of the withdrawal period.

Model withdrawal form

Complete and send this form only if you wish to withdraw from the contract. Email it to info@bonvivant.fi or post it to Bon vivant Oy, Itämerenkatu 2 B 36, 00180 Helsinki, Finland. You may also give a clear withdrawal notice in another way.
