Cancel an order

Sign in to your customer account with the email address used for the order to request a cancellation or return. You may also email info@bonvivant.fi with your name, order number and the products concerned.

Cancel your order

You can notify us that you are cancelling your order through your customer account. Sign in with the email used for your order, open the order, and select the cancellation or return request. A confirmation of your request will be emailed to you.

You can also notify us by email at info@bonvivant.fi. Include your name, order number and the products you wish to cancel. Keep a copy of your message.
